Established in 2003, Nationwide Recycling Ltd has steadily grown from its initial set-up as a glass collection company to being the only accredited glass reprocessing company in Wales.
The UK is at the bottom of the league in Europe for countries that recycle their waste and the glass packaging waste is no exception. With new and ever-stringent requirements coming into force Nationwide can help meet the legal requirements of the nation and at the same time reduce the demands on the natural resources of this land, both by lessening the landfill and also, through our end product, reduce the use of natural sand.
One third of all green bottles are exported due to the glut of bottled glass waste. Nationwide can turn that into a sand substitute and help preserve our natural sand resources.
